Welcome to the second part of the Transformation without Fear podcast with Andrea Maxine Frade. If you haven’t heard the first one, check it out here first.
This two part-er is all about handling the fear and building the faith during the first stages of a life-changing transformation, where we know that we can no longer be who we were, but equally we have no idea how to be the person we are evolving into.
Following on from the meditation in part 1, we discuss building a habit around our meditation practice, even if it’s only for one minute per day to begin with! Let’s face reality, in today’s world we are impatient: if we didn’t get something yesterday, we want to chase something new. How do we find a way to step outside the desire for instant gratification in order to access our higher wisdom (because it needs to be handled with care, patience, and delicacy)?
Andrea walks us through some of her most powerful journalling and gratitude practices, and explains why they are important, and shows us how our darkest moments can be our most valuable gold, if we just take time to change our perspective.
This episode is perfect for you if:
– You are impatient, can’t handle the discomfort of transformation, and want the effects of transformation to have happened, like, yesterday.
– You find gratitude, journalling and affirmation practices arduous and awkward, here’s how to start this habit with ease and keep it up!
